After that, it would not open again - and still hasn't despite all efforts. That didn't work at all, the cache files stayed in place and there was no way to save the work - so I quit the program without saving. I thought that Resolve couldn't save the project because the disk was full, and so I tried to delete render cache files from the project from inside the Playback -> Delete Render Cache dialogue. As this was happening, I received a message from the computer saying that the disk was almost full. The problem started when I was grading and get repeated alerts that the program is unable to save the project and can't connect to the database.
